Pay Online
CCEC offers an online member portal to make paying your bill and account management easy.
To set up your SmartHub account, you’ll need:
- Your email address
- Your CCEC account number, which can be found on your bill
- Debit card or credit card
AutoPay
Pay your monthly bill directly using:
- Your bank account – checking or savings
- Debit card or credit card

Budget Billing
You may qualify for our Average Billing plan if:
- You have good credit with us
- You own your home and/or land
- You’ve lived in the same home for more than a year
With the Average Billing plan, the system averages your current bill with the previous 11 months.
Your monthly bill will also show the actual energy used and its cost.
Dropbox, Office, or by Phone
Ways we can receive your payment:
- You may find our Drop Box in front of our office
- Come into our office
- Call over the phone
YOUR BILL
Bills are generally processed and mailed out on the 5th of every month with payments due on the 20th.
